We do not have instructions available for this at this time. However, it should automatically switch to the right if you use an RTL language as specified in the Language Manager in the AdminCP.

      Thanks for your reply...

Actually I have changed footer size and reduced it to 20px and change its color and also changed copyright area color (similar to vbulletin.org).
Now problem is that, the text on right side is align center of the footer but that style selector dropdown menu appear half in footer area and half on copyright area.
I want to align it with right side text (help, home, contact us etc..)
I think you understand it that what I exactly want to do

You will have to inspect the element with your browser tools and modify its CSS so that it appears the way you want it to.

          Thanks,

Which element in the browser I need to inspect?

Also let me know which code is at the back end of this dropdown menu. I mean its HTML or Java or Ajax or other....

And if I don't want to use dropdown menu that which code do I need to modify?

This is outside the scope of the support we can provide, as it is customisation. Whilst we will try to assist with minor tweaks, this is a more major change to the layout.

You can try asking for help at one of the customisation sites, such as https://www.vbulletin.org or https://vbmods.rocks. The latter of the two also takes on paid custom work if that helps.
