This is odd... If I close a topic, a message appears in the announcement area indicating the topic is closed. However, the "post reply" button and the editing box still work. I can keep replying to a closed topic? How can I fix this?

As an Administrator you can post replies to closed topics. If you look at it as a registered user, you will not see the reply box if it is closed.Translations provided by Google.

hmmm... should that also prevent folks from voting on a poll? I closed a poll-based topic but was still getting poll votes.Comment

by CraigI have a closed topic, but users can still reply to the post.
The post is in fact a poll.
I don't see where they would have permission to "post reply."
