Problem With Super Moderators

Hello,

I have problem with super moderators functions,

when i Allow to super moderators for this option
Can Permanently Delete Posts..then its work good...but for some reason i dont want to give them this permission "Can Permanently Delete Posts "




So when i disable the "Can Permanently Delete Posts " then they cant delete soft delete posts...they getting this error.

all permissions are enable in Channel Management -> Moderator Permissions
just disabled the Premntely deleting option...

but when i enable the Premntely deleting option...then everything ok...but i dont want to give them Premntely deleting option...

I cannot recreate the issue where the Super Moderator user gets "Sorry you're not authorized to view this page".

What version of vBulletin are you using?
What is the version of PHP?
What browser is the user accessing the site with?
Are they entering the correct password into the inline moderation window that pops up? If they are blocking Javascript on your site, they won't be able to access these functions.

Are they entering the correct password into the inline moderation window that pops up? ==> Yes with correctly password they are doing and i made a test super moerator too for check it..and getting same error...
there is no javascript blocking thing in my system or in super moderators system.

yes they have permission for deleting posts...i just disable one option for super moderators..."They cant Delete premenetly option"

Double check under Channel Management -> Channel Permissions. They should have the "Can Delete" permission under Moderator Permissions here.

I have checked....every options are enable for delete posts for moderators...in Channel Permissions...

Edit one of the channel permission sets, i.e. the Home Channel for the Super Moderator group. And save it. you don't need to change anything. This is just to rebuild the Datastore Cache.

Changing the moderator permissions shouldn't change access to the page. I don't know what you've done here. What are all your permissions for this usergroup?

i think cookie making time to update ?
