Admins unable to ban and delete user and user posts at once (5.4.1)

My admins are not able to ban a user and remove all their posts. In older versions, when on a post and they clicked on "edit" and then "delete", there used to be a box that came up that allowed them to permanently delete, soft delete and give a reason, as well as do spam management.

But now, all they see is the ability to soft or permanently. Thanks for any help you can give on how to get this back. Thanks!

Your first image has controls that allows them to ban the users. Do they have permission to ban users under Channel Management -> Moderator Permissions?

I just checked all my moderator permissions (they are super moderators group), and they have the ability to ban users. Everything is set to use in the permissions, except for Receiving an email when new post to topic is created. Even my administrators, who have access to all, can only see the second image to delete a post, not ban a user.

        1. Please upgrade to vBulletin 5.4.3, including running the included upgrade script.
        2. Clear your browser cache and stored files.

        Does the problem continue?
