    problem send mass email to user

    got a problem send mass email to user
    send mass email to all
    been told from user and adnin they haven't receive email
    send a test email to admin and user they receive the test email when i send mass email some admin and user don't receive any email
    can somebody tell as where i going wrong

    Maybe it goes to their spam folder? Or their email provider is blocking the email from your domain?

      checked with few user they saying they haven't found in
      spam folder or any ware i don't believe their email provider is blocking the email from my domain
      send a test email they do receive ok

        Do you see pending emails in the mailqueue? You will see this in the AdminCP home page.

                  as I still got problem some of my user don't receive email

                    Your hosting provider can provide access to the email logs on your server. We have no way of knowing where it is or even which email daemon you're using.

                    Setting up and using an Authenticated SMTP server for email is the best way to make sure your email isn't bounced as spam.

                        You need to have a valid SMTP server to use. Most hosting providers provide one so you can use your email client with emails on your domain.

                        Server Name / IP
                        Port
                        SMTP User (usually the email address)
                        and password
                        Translations provided by Google.
