It is either 10 or 30 days if I recall correctly. This cannot be adjusted at this time.Translations provided by Google.

Thanks, how do I edit the widget_statistics template? I can deal with coding, just need to know how to get to it? Better yet, where is the Active Members pulled from? The widget?Comment

It would be with all the other templates in the AdminCP under Styles -> Style Manager. Select your style then select "Edit Templates" from the drop down menu.Translations provided by Google.

If you want to temporarily hide the Active Members section in the Statistics module, you don't have to edit any template. You can just modify the active_members_x phrase variable in the Phrase Manager and add your own value in the Translation field.
Change it from:
Code:Active Members: {1}
Code:<span class="h-hide">Active Members: {1}</span>
