  • Show message in block on every page to confirm email

When somebody creates a new account, after initial message there is no clue to the user that he/she must first confirm the email id.

I want this message in the header for those "waiting for confirmation".

Also it show allow Posting buttons with the message that "Please confirm account" when clicked.

What is the way to show this message?

Unfortunately, Google fails to show relevant results in the vbulletin.com website.

When it can show correct results in Stackoverflow etc sites, why Google simply draws BLANK for my vbulletin queries?

In the AdminCP go to Notices -> Notices Manager. Add a New Notice that provides the information you want. You can use HTML to format but not BBCode. Set it to show to the "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" group. Set it to Active. Save.

You cannot change the behavior of New Post buttons without custom coding. They should not show if the user doesn't have permission to post.
