Right so it's when entering a correct answer after an incorrect answer.....I see.
Let me see if I can replicate this and I'll report back later.

I've checked it in a new private window. This error is really there. You can yourself check in this site http://bit.ly/2MaKT70

    Steps to check this error:

    Scenario 1
    1) Enter a wrong answer
    2) Subsequently enter correct answers, it will not accept.

    Scenario 2
    1) Enter correct answer in the very first time ( and it will work)

I guess naive webmasters could not think of this test scenario, but for me it is serious issue causing to lose my valuable would-be registered users.

There is no bug in the software that would cause this. If there was, we would have many customers reporting it. So this is something related to your set up.

We can't assist with the regex option.

Have you removed this and entered all the answers as separate answers?
Could you please post a screenshot of how you now have this set up?

Now also this problem persists. Please immediately look into it. I'm simply losing visitors.

Now I've entered all the answers of the question.

Yes it is perfectly valid PHP regular expression.

Is that even a valid Regex? I recommend adding each as a separate answer so that vBulletin can build the necessary comparisons.

Sorry I had entered it into the PCRE regex -- the first input field.

They need to be entered as separate answers... Add Answer. Add one. Save. Add Answer, Add One, Save.

Otherwise you need to use the entire string entered as the answer.

This what I've entered in the answer field:

    rajni|rajini|rajnikant|rajnikanth|Shivaji|rao|Gaekwad|Rajinikanth|Rajini

Is the answer entered into the system with capitalization?

You should add multiple answers for your question with all common variations of spelling and capitalization.

You could change the human verification type to something else such image or recatchpa 2

  • The answer given for the random question is wrong

If I enter wrong answer initially then subsequently even after entering correcting the answer it is showing the same error:

The answer given for the random question is wrong

    What to do?
