[Bug / Issue] Login popup empty

Hi
I have noticed several times and also many users that the login popup (top right of the page like on this forum) does not show. It is empty
What I see is that the iframe loaded in it does not show anything, after a page refresh it works.

Is this a known bug ? how can I fix ?

There is no bug that would cause this.

Ask affected users to clear their browser cache and restart the browser.

I'm actually affected by this problem, this occurs on multiple computers, after cache cleaning.
It works after refresh, but if you clear cache, it comes again empty

If it works after refreshing, it would suggest that you aren't loading all the code before opening the window. Or you have customized javascript that is causing a conflict. If you look at the Console within the Developer Tools of Chrome or Firefox are any errors shown?
