How to add iPhone Android app icon in the footer?

I am using vBulletin 5.4 version and I would like to know how I can add the iPhone App and Android App icon to the footer.
Is there a way to do it through settings or do we have to customise the footer template? If we need to customise the footer template, then where do I put the image code?
Please help.
