I recently set up a SSL certificate for our forums site, however, I cannot figure out which .htaccess file to update since there seems to be one in every folder of our database. Please advise.

After you install an SSL on your cPanel hosting account, you will need to update your .htaccess to direct all traffic through a secured port.Tags: None -
The redirect should go in the root of your domain. So on GoDaddy, the public_html directory.Translations provided by Google.
