Viewing IP Addresses is a Usergroup Permission... Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager. Edit the Unregistered / Not Logged In user group and make sure that the "Can view IP Address" permission is set to No.

With default settings, Guests can't even view Who's Online.

It isn't really meant to be up to date to the second.

When you visit the site, a session is created with your IP Address.
When you login, a session is created with your IP Address.
IP Addresses cannot be considered to be unique and never should be considered unique. Especially with IPv4.
Modules and their output are cached for performance. This means there can be a minute or so when they aren't accurate after data is updated.

The modules won't update until you refresh the browser. Unless you're creating content, the page is mostly static once it is loaded.

You shouldn't have to do anything with default settings. The only thing that will prevent you from showing in the last screenshot (after a page reload) is that you have set the account to be invisible in the User Settings. If you're invisible, you don't show in these modules. This is by design.

Everything that we can think of has been suggested already. This doesn't happen on a default installation, so there is something amiss with your set up.

If you have ticket support, to take this any further we will need a support ticket with full admincp credentials and (s)ftp access.

If it was a bug, we would have hundreds of customers reporting it.

Please follow the instructions in my previous post.

This is not a bug... As stated above, this is how the system is designed. Modules do not update immediately. They are cached and the state of a single user can take time to update. Even without caching, modules are only loaded once per page load. So you need to refresh the page to see any changes to them. This is why the page will automatically reload when you do a save in SiteBuilder.
