fast Way to Locate Moderated Posts and Comments?

Is there a fast way to find and moderate posts and comments and topics other than clicking through the whole site?

Notifications will show you posts awaiting moderation sadly you don't get the red flag alert, there is a Jira/tracker for that feature to be added somewhere.

Go to your site and click "Notificiations" in the top right corner. If you have vBulletin Messenger turned off, then this will be combined with "Messages" so click on Messages. Then scroll down to "Moderation" on the left side and click it.

It appears it has every attachment as a separate moderated task even thou the posts have already been approved? Is this suppose to be like this?

With default settings, no. However if you have Skip Moderation for Posts set to No, then their attachments would have to be moderated individually. We have a bug report to separate these in the future. You can change channel permissions under Channel Management -> Channel Permissions.
