why i cant change my logo and avatar successfully?

What Image Library are you using? What type of Image is it? Currently supported image types are GIF, PNG, and JPEG. We do not support uploads of BMP, SVG, MNG, PSD, RAW, TIFF, or HEIF images for this purpose.

You can the image library under Settings -> Options -> Image Settings. If you're using GD, then find the GD block in your PHPInfo (maintenance -> view phpinfo) and paste the contents in a reply.

In the Admin CP on the left hand side... Double Click on "Settings"... It is the first option in the navigation. Once it opens, click on Options, it is the first option in the new menu. A new page will open on the right. From that page select "Image Settings".

The attachment doesn't provide me with any information to solve your problem.

Recently I upgraded to 4.5 to VB 5.65
I am also not able to change the avatar in profile or in admincp
I am able to upload images
As per php Info:
GD support found enabled.

imagick module version	3.4.4
imagick classes	Imagick, ImagickDraw, ImagickPixel, ImagickPixelIterator, ImagickKernel

I have copy of customavatar folder both under core and forums (basic url) with permissions - 757
but I am not able to change my avatar
what else to be changed to rectify this. please reply asap.

This needs to include a written step by step list of how the issue is caused and the information on the screen when it fails. The table above has absolutely nothing to do with the GD Image Library in PHP.
