Smilies Popup Child Window

I missed the Smilie Popup Child Window that showed the text for each smilie. As my members need the text to currently post smilies in vBShout v6 because that add-on now lacks a smiliebutton.

So is there anyway in vB5 for forum members to see a smilie text before using it?

If they hover over the smilie in the smilie panel, it will show the text used to trigger it.
