    That site has a database set to the UTF8MB4 character set and a UTF8MB4 Collation. Within vBulletin the character set is UTF-8 with a UTF-8 Locale for English set.

    The problem isn't UTF-8. The problem is you upgraded from an older version of vBulletin that didn't support UTF-8 and converted every character of Arabic to its HTML Entity.

      Since vbulletin has been fully reprogrammed.
      Normally problems will arise in upgrading from the old version
      I do not know what action the company will take towards the Arabic language and not support it well in the fifth mountain

      The previous version (vb3.8.11) returned a shortcut to your time and not to you
