Is there a way to block access to the user manual for a specific user group?

There are no permissions on the actual content. You can use the permissions of the Navigation Bar / Footer to hide the link from them. If you have information that should be strictly confidential and controlled by permissions, I suggest posting it in a secure channel and only allowing the appropriate usergroups access to view it.

By enabling security on the link in the navbar, that wouldn’t stop someone that knew the url from accessing the material directly, correct?
