[Bug / Issue] Members can not upload or see attachments.

Hi,

Some registered members with permissions that allow to download/see attachments report the following problem:
The process fails and when they click on the link, it brings a blank page or a blank page with a "I" at topleft corner.
I tried with a " fake" member I created with same permissions and also with my admin permissions =>
We have not the same views (see images)
Is there a setting I must change to allow my members to download the files?

The 'i' is because you translated the error message "Invalid File Data." Some translations signal end of file to the browser so it stops.

If they see this then they don't have permission to view that attachment. Either due to channel permissions (Can Download Image Attachments and Can Download Non-Image Attachments) or the Attachment Permission under Attachments.
