How to see all user posts of a registered user?

I'm on a user's profile page. But I'm not able to see his all posts.

This particular user has 3 posts and I want that every registered user should be able to reach out to all his posts:

Go to the About tab > Find All Posts

There are other options down there as well.

The activity tab will only show recent activity.

On the profile page of the user (as in the photo) there is no About tab. I can't find it.

I can see it in the photo you attached. It's in the row to the right of the avatar the row begins with 'activities' followed by ''about'
