    ads between posts

    Hi all,

I would like to place ads between the posts within a topic.
I there any way to do so ? It would be nice to have hooks in there similar as what was added recently between topics in a channel.

    Thanks.

I had seen this and even tested it but it comes with two major issue for me (as far as i remember) :
      - ads are only displayed on the first page of the topic if you don't want to have the first post on all pages.
      - you can't have ads where you want, i would like between post 5 and 6 and 10 and 11 for exemple.

      Thanks for your help.

A new hook would need to be added to do this. I've been meaning to write a JIRA on it but it constantly slips my mind as I get pulled into other tasks.

Thanks...I added my own vote to this (though actually, support staff votes arguably carry less weight than actual customer votes), as I think this would be a useful edition to help people monetise their sites.

Thank you, not sure if this could be used by cloud customers but even if not, happy to help others get the feature.

Cloud customers should be able use template hooks with text only (i.e. not able to use <vb:if>) custom templates.

Wayne Luke Thanks, I couldn’t remember asking this then realised the thread is 2 years old!

However we do already have ads between posts using html modules so I obviously found a way 👍
