Strange waning on top of forum page

I see this on the top of the page when I log in with an admin account:

Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp/sess_uasejc8oh8d9c3egn1g7s579s1, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in /home/jmakicor/public_html/includes/vb5/frontend/controller/page.php on line 56

    Any cause for concern?

Also, an account I added to the Administrator user group cannot access the admin control panel. It logs in as admin fine, just no site builder switch to enable the admin cp link on the left of the header.

You should have your server administrator / hosting provider update the session.save_path value in PHP to point to a directory that your account can write to. This may just need a php.ini file in your own hosting account directory but they would be able to assist.
