With google webmaster, all the url with special characters return a 404 error. And it's penalizing me a lot.
Example with an url:
the url contains this character "ë" which corresponds to the letter "ë"
if I replace "ë" "with "ë" the url works correctly.
I ask
if it is possible do some kind of redirect or conversion.
My site comes from vbulletin 4 that I had done the conversion 2 years ago. and these url worked properly.
