how to Serve resources from a consistent URL in vb5

i analize my forums with https://gtmetrix.com
it says that some resources have identical contents, but are served from different URLs. it means i\some images and other content are the same but with different urls
for example:

• http://linux-zone.org/forums/core/im...ine=1392050644
• http://linux-zone.org/forums/core/im...ine=1431492232
• http://linux-zone.org/forums/core/im...ine=1373542062

how can i solve the problem?

Have those users re-upload their Avatars. For some reason, the file is missing so the system is reverting to the default avatar image.

why for reverting to the default avatar image, system is giving diferent url when avatar is same ? how can i configure such same conternt have same url

Because it will look for the file specified in the database. If it doesn't exist it seems to be reverting to the default URL. Having the user upload a new avatar will resolve the issue. There is no way to configure this to that avatars use the same URL.
