error before log in my forum

bofore log in my forume show this Error on Header:

We recommend that you do not use the "Cache Templates as Files" functionality. This was an experiment to improve performance and it doesn't actually provide any performance benefits and can actually slow your site down.

Please turn this off under Settings -> Options -> Style & Language Options.
