[Bug / Issue] Search results problem

We are trying to add a second search module on the right side of search page which will show the results from a particular Channel according to the search term.
We have added the search module and selected the Channel from which we need the search results, but we are still getting the results from whole results.

The vB-support team asked us to create a JIRA which is my next task, but I would like to ask if there is anyone here that could come up with a workaround or other hint that would help us solve this.

After saving the page initially, try going back in and resetting the options on the second module.

When you say reset the options, what exactly does that mean?

Editing the module and making sure they are set as you originally intended.
