"Forums" is the name of the channel that you're in. There is currently no way to delete this from one page and keep it for others. Doing so would require custom coding in the header template at this time.Translations provided by Google.

Well, that is a Page so it uses the Page Title. If you edited the page and change the title to Monkeys, it would say Monkeys.
