I can't recreate this issue myself. Does this happen in the English Language with no locale?

I can see that. I am trying to help you troubleshoot the problem. That is why I asked if it worked in English with no Locale on your database. We can only provide support if you answer the questions as we ask them.

Just add a new language to the system. Give it the name of English and save. In the AdminCP go to Languages & Phrases -> Language Manager -> Add New Language.

ok thanks, but where do I get the language file from?
I tried it with the one "upload\core\install\vbulletin-language.xml", but that's not working.

ah ok, i got it. Just needed to ignore the file version.

BUT there is a old friend problem coming back... I have this problem since a long time and I guess it's the root of different problem i have in my forum.
vb is importing the language, telling me that everything went okay and after that, when it's returining to the language overview, nothing is importet.

So that means, I am not able to import any new language file.

When you import the language file in the install directory, it just overwrites the Master language which isn't shown in the Language Manager.

You actually do not need a language file for English. It is the Master language and always available in the database. Even if you delete it from the Language Manager.

To create a new copy of the English Language that you can use, you have to do exactly like I stated...

                  1) Go to Languages & Phrases.
                  2) Go to Language Manager.
                  3) Click the button labeled "Add New Language".
                  4) Enter the word English as the name.
                  5) Click the save button at the bottom of the page.

Okay thanks, now it worked and the english language is set.
But the days are still wrong. So today 26th of march is a wednesday instead of a monday.

Can you upload the attached script and run it in your browser? What is the output?

The output looks correct for my timezone.

Is there any fix for this planned?

Or: How can i set for all existing and new users the standard day of week start to monday?

I have seen some posts about a behaviour where vBulletin event is showing the wrong date. I am having some kind of the same issue and can track that it seems to be related to who is logged in. Here is what I

You can change the default on the startofweek field in your database to 2. You can update all users using this query:

                                update user set startofweek=2
