    Inquire about database size after upgrade

    The database size is 900 MB before upgrade
    After upgrading 1600 MB
    is this normal
    And why this big difference
    Note this without the Rebuild Search Index

    vB5 needs more space than vB4 or vB3.

        Please do not empty any tables unless told to do so by Support. You may permanently damage your installation. The database is designed for performance and speed over storage considerations. Storage is a lot less expensive than CPU power and memory.
