    Uploading a profile picture

    Every time I tried to upload and crappie a picture from my phone this is the message that I get

    where do I go to fix this problem for all members?

    You'd have to edit that setting in your php.ini file.

        You would be best to speak to your host about this if you're not sure. Server configuration is outside the scope of vBulletin support.

            According to the image above, your file upload is set to 1024 megabytes. If you continue to receive the error in vBulletin, you need to speak to your hosting provider because only they can change the PHP server values for your site. We have no control over them.

                Whatever size you need for the files you wish to upload - with a small buffer just in case. There's no right or wrong answer, just what you need for your site and your requirements.
