Ignored users still show up in online list?

Is this intended or a bug? We have users complaining they still see other ignored users in the online list. Also seems like the forum main page does not get updated correctly the also see them in the latest posts and in the recent posts box. (we use memcached caching, maybe thats the reason).

However it does work in the thread view :-)

Any ideas? Thx
