How to change Site Description on Vbulletin 5.4

Hello,

Can someone help me on how to change the Site Meta keywords and site Description on Vbulletin 5.4
i have added the site name under Forum name. but when ic lick on page source its still shows
<meta property="og:description" content="vBulletin Forums" />

You can edit the page by visiting it and clicking Edit Page in the Site Builder menu at the top of the page. When you save the page, you can update the Meta Description. Meta keywords were removed since search engines no longer consider them relevant due to abuse.
