Articles aren't designed to be Sticky. There is an open JIRA to re-add the display order functionality but I don't have an estimated date on when that would happen.Translations provided by Google.

You can create a search module and display specific articles in it using the specific search. In the JSON box under advanced you would enter:
Code:{"specific":[1,2,3,4]}
