Greetings when I hit new Topic this is a message that I get I like to know how can I fix this what when someone hit new topics they can see it?

Your criteria is not restrictive enough and might return too many results. Please restrict your criteria and try again.

Notify Users by email only on the Creation of New Topics Not the Replies of The New Topic

When a user subscribed a channel for being notify by e-mail for new topics, the replies of the new topics also notifies the user:
