File not recognized as part of vBulletin - keep or delete?

I have about 25 files that are listed in the Diagnostics>Suspect File Versions panel as "File not recognized as part of vBulletin". I've attached a sample list below. How can we determine if these files are still needed or can be deleted? I have no idea how these accumulated but I would like to clean them out if possible.

Those appear to be obsolete files that were removed. We remove obsolete files from time to time to maintain a smaller download package and to reduce any vectors for security issues. This is often done through refactoring code while the developers resolve issues listed in JIRA.
