Not sure what happened but now I cannot access my site. When I enter my username and password it tells me I have used up my quota, even though I only entered it once. I know both are correct. Any ideas?

Someone locked you out using the same IP that you use. This is a security feature. It will reset fifteen minutes after the last login attempt. The only way to clear it faster is to clear the strikes table in the database.
if you use a table prefix as specified in /core/includes/config.php, you will need to add this before 'strikes'.Code:truncate table strikes;
