Video BBCODE links not working

    Video BBCODE links not working

    Hello,

    in my site none of the default Video bbcode (youtube, dailymotion etc) links are not working. when i enter the value youtubelink
    i tried inserting video url in new thread video option but it dint helped
    i see that bbcode is enabled and and all channel permissions are fine
    can someone help me here

      when i enter youtube link it just comes as link but not the video

          Rebuild the video BBCodes. You can do this by putting your site into debug mode and selecting the option off of the Rebuild menu in the AdminCP.

            Hello Wayne,

            I dont see option of Rebuild Menu in ACP after i kept the site in debug mode. I see only below options

            I clicked on Rebuild Video BB Codes but still i see the same issue

              Have you got BBcode enabled in the individual channel settings?

              AdminCP > Channle Management > Channel Manager
              Edit Channel
              "Allow BB Code" > set to "yes' and save
              Repeat for all forums
              Then run Maintenance > Clear System Cache

                Hi Mark,

                Allow BB Code is enabled on all channels. i have cleared the System cache. but still the same issue
                is there anything else i can do here ?

                  Test it in a default style as your current style is heavily customised.

                      This doesn't happen on a default installation so it's difficult to know what else to suggest in the forums.

                      If you have a valid support contract, you can open a ticket with admincp and ftp credentials and we can have a closer look to see if we can find out what is going wrong.
