I made a change in my settings>options> site URL I added my footer info and my address and now All I see is this below and do not know how to fix it

Neither of those two items should cause this issue. The most likely cause is that the URL doesn't match the address that you're accessing the site from and leads to an invalid location.
If you log into the AdminCP directly and remove the added items does it revert? You should be able to log in directly by going to yoursite/core/admincp.Translations provided by Google.

Your site seems to be loading ok for me.

I am experiencing a log in issue with registered users (including my own account). They click on the Forum tab from our website and it takes them to the proper URL and the forum site appears perfectly.... -
