Can you please go to AdminCP > Channel Management > Channel Manager, and find the nodeid of the affected forum?

Then, go to http://bbs5.rallyesportescorts.co.uk/node/xxxx where xxxx is the nodeid.

Does the same thing happen there, or does it load ok?

Can you please try this to see if makes it display?

Go to a forum you CAN display. Be on the front page of that forum (so you can see the topics list).
Edit the page in Site Builder
        Edit the "Channel Display" module.
Scroll down and set "Topics Date Range" to "Last Month"
Save all the way back out without changing any other options
Go to AdminCP > Maintenance > Clear System Cache

Now go to the broken forum again...does it load now?

This is just to prove or disprove a specific theory.

Please follow the instructions carefully, everything needed is in there but it looks like you haven't followed every single step.

The fact that it works when the number of posts is restricted, (given that it's the forum with the largest number of posts on your site), indicates that a server limitation is preventing it loading. Could be MySQL or php conceivably.

You will need to liaise with your hosts on this, they will need to look in the server logs at a time when you try to access the page and see if they can nail it down.

php memory limit might be one place to start.
