    Are you sure you have uploaded all files? Try to delete (save it first) all vB4 files.
    Look to your forumroot path and core/includes/ . Both config-files should have only a .php file-extension. You have to set your database login to the core/includes/config.php.
    And the .htaccsess have to be renamed from htaccess.txt.

        If I turn off https everything works i wil use https

            Did you put the https address to all URL-fields in /admincp/options.php?do=options&dogroup=address?
            And you have to forward the http to the https.

                  There should be a file named config.php in the root of your vBulletin files at the same level as the .htaccess. Most people don't need to edit this file except to remove the .bkp extension it ships with. If your web server cannot see this file in HTTPS mode, then you will need to discuss this with your Hosting Provider. HTTPS can use a different set of configuration directives than HTTP.
