License use on migration query

I've right now installed on example1.com but now I want to move one my old forum oldforum.com to example1.com.

Migrating oldforum.com on Mybb to VB4 will need a license. Secondly I don't want to shut down example1.com until the migration is working in 1 -2 days.

Will VB allow this setup?

Yes. Your license allows you to run a private test installation. Make sure it is behind .htaccess password protection and you can run it with no issues.
