Privacy Policy Link?

I'm setting up a new vBulletin site and am running into something that should be simple. It's probably an oversight on my part but I just can't see it:

In the vBulletin Settings > Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details, I can specify the Privacy Statement URL. However, where does the actual link appear? I don't see it anywhere on my forum's page.

It appears during COPPA registration of individuals under the age of 13.

If you want to add a link to your privacy policy, then go to your front page and use Site Builder. Click the Edit Site button. Click Footer in the Site Builder menu and then add a new navigation link to the footer.
