Channel Thread Listings not visible have to use filter to view threads

Hi Guys Any ideas why on certain channels on my forum i have to enable the "Filter" option and Search by Last month or Today or any other date range to see a list of threads

Whereas on some other it works fine?

So for example

on my board there is one channel where once you click on it display no thread listings or anything

I have to then Click > Filter > Show posts by X (Date) for them all to be listed

whereas some other channels it all works fine

is there some setting somewhere that i am missing out?

Is that channel using a different page template than the others? You can see this by going to the forum and clicking "Edit Page" then Save Page. The template name should be listed on the Save Page dialog.

If it is, edit the Channel Display Module. What are the defaults set to? Make sure it is set to all content and not a subset.
