Your site is showing a blank page which means there is a PHP error. You need to review your PHP Error Logs, return with the error that is being thrown and then we can provide support. If you do not know how to access your PHP Error Logs then your hosting provider's technical support or Server Administrator can help. We have no way of retrieving this information.

If I go to your AdminCP directory, I get this error: no_vb5_database

This tells me that either the information in the /core/includes/config.php file is incorrect or you haven't run the upgrade script in /core/install/upgrade.php. Please read the vb5readme.html file for upgrade steps.

      Thank you for your reply.
Wayne Luke i don't know a lot about all this issues.
and i am willing to pay for the work. I can give all the information you need (or who knows what he /she is doing get the site running.log in to server account information etc and check it out.i just don't want to go in there and mess up more .I have already talk to vbulletin and they told me this will be the best option to ask in here for help.
      Thank you

You would need to purchase technical support to have us look at your server and installation.

You need to login to purchase addons. It should ask you what license you want to apply them to and then they will appear.
