    Hi,

please I need to do the following:

    1) every user can post in the threads active links dofollow; (but please tell me also how to put this option nofollow)
    2) the links in the profile and signature are not active except for admin and mod, who shall have clickable dofollow links. How to do all this?

You can add nofollow to the bbcode used within posts in the AdminCP. Go to Settings -> Options -> BBCode Options. It will be listed there. This is global and will apply to all users. You will need custom coding to apply it to specific usergroups only.

You can control who can use links in their signature by editing usergroups under Usergroups -> Usergroups Manager.

Preventing the User's Homepage value from being linked requires custom coding in the profile_account and/or settings/account template and is beyond the scope of technical support provided. Templates are found in the AdminCP under Styles -> Style Manager. Click the <<>> button to the right of the style that you're using.

You can get more information about the modifications you need to make by asking at https://www.vbulletin.org or https://vbmods.rocks
