[Bug / Issue] clicking next in moderation breaks ckeditor.

   1 custom addon, but still broken without it.

   yes

   yes

   404
8. Browser and Browser version used.
   chrome - Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)
9. Did you clear the browser cache and did the error continue?
   yes
10. A list of steps that can be used to recreate the issue.
    a. go to notifications
    b. click on 'Moderation'
    c. click on 'view post'
    d. click on 'Next >'

Looks like a bug with the AJAX. Wasn't able to find a JIRA and will create one if needed. There isn't a solution at this time.

Haven't created it yet. Will try to do so today if I have time and remember. The easiest way to make sure it gets done is to create one on your own.
