Problem with login in to admin control panel

Hi,

On my forum nobady can log in in to their accounts, users, moderators and admins. Password and user names are corect. What can it be. I delet cookies and i use other explorers

Make sure the cookie prefix specified in your /config.php and /core/includes/config.php are the same.

Upload tools.php to your /core/admincp directory and use it to reset the cookie path and cookie domain to their defaults. They should be / and empty respectively.

To use tools.php follow these steps:

1. Upload tools.php to your /core/admincp directory. You will find it in the do_not_upload folder.
2. Upload the /core/install directory.
3. Point your browser to your site at /admincp/tools.php
4. Enter your customer number.
5. Run the tools that you're looking for.
6. Delete /core/admincp/tools.php
7. Delete /core/install

Note: You will not be able to access your AdminCP while tools.php or /core/install exist on your server.
