If you edit the Page in Site Builder and click on Modules then "Content" you will see a variety of modules based on the search to display your content.

You use the Upcoming Events module to show events. That is its entire purpose for existing in the software. This module is configured to only show events. If you don't want it on the page, delete it with the trashcan icon.

If you want to show a module that does not include Events in the results, then you would drag a copy of the Search Module (already exists, no download needed) to your page. You would edit its options to exclude the Event content type.

You can have an upcoming events module and any number of search modules on a single page.

Okay maybe you misunderstanding what I'm trying to say I'm using my event module to show events but the events also shows up in latest topics.

so my question again how can I stop my events from showing up and latest topics?

So I'm confused so I need to download a search module and use it as my events?

I'm asking this question because I always use the event modules in the past.

That's an events module. You need to have a general search module if you're wanting to show ordinary topics.

I would make them alterations but mine's is different this is what it looks like so I cannot make any changes because it does not give me an option.

Check the module settings. Edit the module and ensure the Event content type is not ticked.

My events is still showing up as a form does not give me any options in the building to make any changes any suggestions
