Updated to VB 5.3.3. from VB4.
Admin features missing.
Where are the user notes? This is a really important admin feature to keep track on problem users over time. With 10k users how are you meant to remember that user X did something similar 2 years ago? I see from a list of missing features this was highlighted five years ago but I can't see anything done to replace it?
A useful feature was to view which users had viewed a particular thread. This helps track where potentially dodgy characters are lurking.

How do users backup their messages before deleting them? VB4 had a message export facility.
How do users send an email to another user? On VB4, if someone allowed it, you could click on them and elect to send them an email. Or it at least showed the email address.
