How to moderate the forum posts

Just like we do in the PHPBB or MyBB like split the forum or moving the post to another forum.

How to do it?

Simply stuck now. Not able to search in Google. Horrible vBulletin documentation.
Had I instead used PHPBB in minutes I'd have found about it. Here already I've spent more than a hour and at the time managing 4 forums

Click the moderation menus on the right side of the toolbar above the topic or list of topics if you're in a forum. The gear applies to the topic. The notepad with pencil applies to posts within the topic. You can select items for inline moderation by clicking the checkbox in the upper right corner of the item.

Unapproved posts will also appear in your message center by choosing "Go To Message Center" or clicking on Notifications in the User Menu at the top of the page. It will say "Moderate" in the left column and that will show you all posts awaiting approval.
