Can't view user's IP Addresses in control panel

Hello! I have a little bug in my control panel when i try to see all IPs from a particular user, always appears a number, but never the IP addresses list.

    What could be the problem?

    Thanks.

Can you view the IP from the front end? Is the issue only in the Admin CP or the Admin CP is the only place you can try?

        I get the same.

When I click on other users using same IP I get a list

When I click on the 1, same as in issacj's photo, I get a message URL does not exist.

I can view IP addresses at front end on posts.

This is a known issue. See - http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-14221

This is a case where we have to rely on customer feedback via votes and comments on the link above to increase the priority of an issue. The support team doesn't have as much leverage in prioritization as direct customer feedback. The more customers that provide the feedback, the more important it becomes in resolving an issue. This isn't beta testing or requiring the customers to fix the software which is often the reply to this request. It is prioritization based on customer issues through the only means we have of tracking your needs.
